To honor and protect Casandra's intellectual properties, you expressly agree not to disclose, communicate, reuse, resale or redistribute any proprietary information about Casandra's content, practices, approaches, materials, or methods to any third parties.
You agree to be bound by this mutual nondisclosure agreement during and after consumption of Casandra’s content, programs, courses, and/or the termination of the Mentorship relationship.
You acknowledge that disclosure of Casandra’s intellectual property in violation of this non-disclosure clause will result in legal action against you for theft of intellectual property and other possible legal claims.
