About Casandra:
I believe feminine women are so powerful, so much so, that we can shift the tone, dynamic, and atmosphere of any room we enter and any encounter we have simply for being who we are. I'm known for guiding modern-day high-achievers to harness the power of their innate magnetism and cultivate a love for themselves that knows no bounds so that they experience fulfilling intimate relationships and lead themselves and others with unwavering conviction.
By using various body-mind-heart-soul and psycho-emotional modalities and frameworks, I support clients and students toward lasting transformation in their life, love, and leadership where together, we collapse time around their results, without crashing on the other side while expanding their energetic capacity and identity to receive more.
Before supporting clients and students toward lasting transformation in life, love and leadership, I worked with offenders in the criminal justice field who were court-ordered to my caseload due to addictions, mental health, and behavioral challenges. We used Cognitive Behavioral Training (CBT) to support clients, yet, I knew deep down that something was missing in our approach. That started my quest for other holistic transformational approaches, leading me to become a certified practitioner in breathwork, somatic Qi Gong movement, tapping, prophetic soul coaching, and trauma-informed coaching for nervous system regulation, emotional healing, self-mastery and spiritual enlightement.
While I'm grateful for having a formal education, various practitioner training and certifications, powerful mentorship, and professional background, what makes me most powerful is my embodied wisdom and that I am anointed, gifted, and called to do what I do. I've overcome all odds stacked against me and experienced profound transformations in my life, relationships, and leadership. This has caused me to approach my work from a practical lens, rather than a theoretical one.
The relationship you have with yourself is the most important relationship you will ever have. If you're the type of woman who knows more is always available for you and you're ready to feel fully you as a woman, lover, and leader as you amplify your feminine magnetism, power, potential, and voice, I'd love to walk with you on your journey to self-actualization.
